Cannot Send mail. An error occurred while…

My quấn quite often sends an e-mail, which appears to tát have sent but is actually sitting in his outbox. Once he notices it in there and taps on it he gets a message "Cannot Send Mail. An Error Occurred while delivering this message"

This has been going on some time, and we've tried a few things we found by googling. We have made sure the device is fully up to tát date and tired removing and re-adding the trương mục. We googled and did all the suggestions but the most recent entry was 2013. With all the more recent entries I could fine the error gives more details.

It did seem to tát be related only to tát his Work Exchange trương mục, but has recently also started happening with his private btinternet address.

Any ideas what else we can try?

Remove your email account and phối it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.
