Delete all gmail from a folder

1. Make sure that the Folder pane is expanded. To expand the Folder pane, click the arrow at the top left of the pane.

   

2. In the Folder pane, right-click the thư mục that you want to lớn empty, and then click Delete All.

3. When you're prompted to lớn move everything to lớn the Deleted Items thư mục, click Yes.

   

4. All the selected items are now in the Deleted Items thư mục. See Empty the Deleted Items thư mục to lớn permanently delete them.

Delete multiple emails

You can quickly delete multiple emails from a thư mục and still keep your unread or important emails for later.

Delete all gmail in all folders

The only way to lớn delete all gmail in all folders is to lớn right-click each thư mục in your thư mục list, select Delete All, and move the items to lớn the Deleted Items folder.

Empty the Deleted Items folder

The items that you delete are moved to lớn the Deleted Items thư mục, but those items aren’t permanently deleted until that thư mục is emptied. You can manually empty the thư mục any time.

1. In the Folder pane, right-click the Deleted Items thư mục, and then click Empty Folder.

2. You’ll be prompted to lớn confirm that you want to lớn permanently delete the items. Click Yes.
