Problem

Some or all emails are being received in a different thư mục in Gmail ( spam, sent, all mails) but not the inbox.

You must kiểm tra for filters.

  2. Click the Gear icon at the upper right then select See all settings.

  4. Review filters listed and delete the one causing the conflict.
  5. Save the changes.

Cause
