Issue - Mail server in plesk does not send to gmail

The PTR record should resolve to lớn the server name:

@andre_c A PTR records (reverse name resolution) needs to lớn be mix at the data center. It cannot be mix on the server. Normally, in your data center's back office you have an option to lớn configure that record so sánh that an IP address can be resolved to lớn your server name. If you tự not see that option, you could ask the data center tư vấn to lớn mix it for you.

The TTL of that record is mix to lớn 21600 seconds (or 6 hours). So wait at least 6 hours before testing again.

In the Gmail warning, the IP address 195.20.225.18 is the issue.
In your screenshots, the IP address ends with xx.xx.xx.5
